“Teaching Approaches for Learners with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia & Dyscalculia”
South East Asian Minister of Education Organization for Special Education Needs and Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sabah invited Dyslexia Genius Malaysia’s Training Team to conduct training on Teaching Strategies for teachers from Zone Tawau.
About 40 teachers from 8 districts in Zone Tawau were selected by JPNS to attend the training session spreading through 3 days and 2 nights. Teachers from Special Remedial Class (Kelas Pemulihan Khas), Remedial Class (Kelas Pemulihan) and Schools Counsellors after this training session will be TOT at their respective districts.
Trainers for Dyslexia & Dysgraphia teaching strategies from DGM Tuan Jaldeen Ali, Dr Bulan Ayu, Cik Erra Farhana, and Dr Fu Sai Hoe of JPNS Bahagian Pemulihan who spoke and trained teachers on Dyscalculia.
Special thanks to Mdm Jamilah Kadir, Director of SEAMEO SEN and Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sabah for organizing the training session.
